4 – Try your best to avoid stimulants as a stress buster. The word stimulants includes things like coffee, energy drinks, and even nicotine. All of these things directly affect your metabolism. While this might not be a bad thing all of the time, you should be wary that it can be. If you find yourself in a negative mood monitor your use of stimulates more closely.

5 – Break those bad habits. Habits like smoking and drinking alcohol are not just bad for your health, they negatively influence others’ opinions of you. They even negatively influence your opinion of yourself. Furthermore, bad habits are often expensive. Make the decision to get rid of them once and for all!

If you feel that you are constantly under stress and unable to reach your desired prospects in life, then you need to stop and reassess your goals and what you are doing to reach them.
